Diamond Links Golf Club
This 18 hole golf course was built in 1989. The bermuda grass fairways are lined with bent grass roughs. The course offers few sand traps and water hazards. The course is a fully public and is open year round.

Sandy Creek Golf Course
This public, short, and hilly course has some elevated greens. The most difficult hole is No. 4, a 320-yard, par 3, requiring a shot over a large hill to the green. Appropriate golf attire required. This course has several amenities to offer such as chipping area practice bunker, and a teaching pro. No alcoholic beverages

Sundowner Golf Course
The 9-hole "Sundowner" course at the Sundowner Golf Course facility in Ashland, Ky. opened in 1961. This short and hilly course has some elevated greens. The most difficult hole is No. 3 because you have to shoot up and over a hill to the green. This bent grass course has an array of obstacles and traps.

Grayson Lake State Park "Hidden Cove" Golf Course
Encircling Grayson Lake our new 18-hole golf course was named one of the "2004 Best New Affordable Courses" by "Golf Digest". This par-72 course is protected by five fairway bunkers; and is sure to provide a challenge to golfers of any skill level. From the record setting 647 yards, par 5, No. 9. To the No. 17 hole is a tough par 4, measuring 448 yards from the back tee. No alcoholic beverages

Yatesville Lake State Park Eagle Ridge Golf Course
This course at
Yatesville Lake State Park in Eastern Kentucky, this course is built on mountainous terrain and features dramatic views. Some holes play downhill with 100- to 20-foot changes in elevation. The par 5, No. 4 hole plays from an elevated tee and is flanked by a creek along the fairway. Hole No. 13, a par 4, plays from a 200-foot elevation to the green surrounded by a rock outcropping and a creek. No alcoholic beverages.

Carter Caves State Resort Park Golf Course
This bent grass golf course at
Carter Caves State Resort Park in eastern Kentucky has a fully equipped pro shop with rental riding carts, pull carts and clubs available. This courses doesn’t offer sand or water traps but the fairways are tight and lined with trees. No alcoholic beverages.

Oaks Golf Club

Opened in 1995 this course offers Bermuda grass fairways leading to small, medium and large bent grass greens with moderate undulation. Mature trees line numerous tight  driving holes. Extreme elevation changes, ponds and streams add to scenery and difficulty. This course is semi-private with an open guest policy. Appropriate golf attire required. Driving range open to course guests. No alcoholic beverages.
